Matt Bezzant, MD
Physician · Internal Medicine & Clinical Informatics
Matt is a dual board-certified physician in internal medicine and clinical informatics. He spent eight years as an active duty Air Force physician, including a role as Chief Medical Informatics Officer at Yokota Air Base — where he led efforts to improve clinical data systems and provider workflows across the Pacific region.
He served as Assistant Program Director for Research at the internal medicine residency at SAUSHEC (San Antonio Uniformed Services Health Education Consortium), where he supported resident research development and scholarly work. He earned his MD from the University of Colorado School of Medicine and completed his residency through the Air Force.
Premonition Systems grew out of a simple frustration: the tools clinicians use every day are built by people who have never used them clinically. Matt builds software the other way — starting from the exam room and working outward.
