There are no per-visit fees, no late fees, and no missed appointment fees within your plan. Labs, imaging, and medications are available at our negotiated cash-pay rates and priced upfront.

Membership fees are billed on the first Monday of each month. If that doesn't work with your schedule or pay cycle, we can set up billing on different days or split the payment across the month — just ask when you get started.
No. Membership is month-to-month with no long-term obligation. If you decide to leave the practice, you can do so at any time without penalty — just let us know before your next billing date so you aren't charged for the following month.
We'll work with you. If you're having trouble keeping up, talk to us — we can often adjust the billing schedule or set up a payment plan. For patients who are unable to reduce their balance over multiple months, we do reserve the right to pause services until the account is brought current. Services can be reactivated once the balance is paid in full.
In most cases, yes. We're in-network with many commercial plans, Medicare, and Medicaid. For commercial insurance patients, our hybrid membership is designed to work alongside your coverage — and insurance payments are credited back toward your monthly fee.

Yes — with clinical oversight, semaglutide and tirzepatide options, and transparent pricing before you start. Primary care is included at no extra cost while enrolled in the weight loss program. First month is $100 plus medication; following months are $65 plus medication.
